We will be exploring what it takes to go from an idea to a company and how to supercharge your founder journey. This includes how to pick a support team that is in alignment with your company's vision (whether investors or an accelerator), the power of being a non-traditional founder and how one’s life experience and human development affect the system / organization that are being created, and finally how #foundermode isn’t the only way to build nor is it necessarily sustainable. The unique perspectives highlighted by this panel of women will explore what it means to be a female founder, investor, advisor, engineer, and community builder.
Mingzhu He: co-founder of Flourishing Foundations and Conscious Tech Collective, previously senior innovation strategist at Samsung Electronics, and lead design strategist at Designit.
Monette Stephens: managing partner at SF Growth Capital and Planet Positive Ventures, strategic advisor at Inspiration Ventures, founding member of Silicon Valley Blockchain Society (SVBS), four exits with companies she helped start and/or scale, and she's founded / ran an investment bank.
Shoba Viswanath: mentor and advisor at Plug and Play Tech Center, Alchemist Accelerator, investor at Laidlaw & Company, and an advisor to a myriad of startups.
Shruti Goli: currently leading product at Incode, CPO at Trymata which acquired Stitchology.ai, and founder of Stitchology.ai which she bootstrapped and sold at just 24 years old!
