​​The OD Braintrust is a space where professionals passionate about organizational development gather for facilitated, collaborative discussions. Led by one of our community members, it's designed to foster connection, share insights, and co-create ideas within the vibrant OD community in NYC.

​What can you expect?

​Each session revolves around a relevant topic, typically announced only a few days before the Braintrust. This is on purpose as we want an element of surprise and suspect this format encourages diverse perspectives and allows us to approach the subject with open curiosity—free from any preconceptions. Through structured dialogue, we’ll explore new ideas and challenge our thinking together.
