The conscious community initiative! Come and enjoy a movement, breathwork and cold dip session at sunrise with like-minded people. Get all the energy you need for another great week in Barcelona. Make sure to wear warm clothes!

After the practice we will head to La Cala in Barceloneta to connect over a cup of coffee.
