β¨π Seattle Aurora Bridge Bioswale Tour & Happy Hour | April
βJoin Women and Climate Seattle to learn about the Aurora Bridge bioswales, a beautiful nature-based solution that collects and filters polluted stormwater runoff, helping keep Lake Union clean. Schilling Cider, one of Seattle's most sustainably-mind businesses, will be opening their doors exclusively for Women and Climate.
βLeading our tour will be Rachael Meyer, Principal Landscape Architect and Director of Sustainability at Weber Thompson. Ms. Meyer led the Aurora Bridge Bioswale and Northlake Commons Bioswale projects, and last month received the Individual Leadership Award from the Puget Sound Business Journal Environmental and Sustainability Awards.
βIf you are looking for an opportunity to talk climate with professionals identifying as women or non-binary, you are in the right place! No climate experience necessary.
