Talk-1: Monitoring agents in production
This talk focuses on the importance of continuous monitoring and reflection in building reliable AI agents. We will explain that even the most advanced language models often make critical errors when executing complex, multi-step instructions, which limits their reliability in production settings. We will introduce agentic monitoring (real-time verification of an agent's behavior) and reflection (self-checking and revising outputs) as key mechanisms to catch and correct mistakes early to enable scalable, reliable agent deployment in high-stakes applications.
Speaker
Preetam Joshi is the CTO at AIMon Labs. He was most recently a lead ML Engineer at Netflix, and prior to that, he led Data Science teams at Thumbtack.
Talk-2: AI in high volume manufacturing.
The recent growth and interest in artificial intelligence has taken many people by surprise and leaves many of us wondering where it will go and how it will benefit us. In this presentation we will look specifically at unique challenges of high-volume manufacturing, and they may limit some of the proposed solutions and provide opportunities for others. We will also discuss initial attempts and describe the challenges to practically implement AI into the modern factory.
Speaker
Robert Schinazi is an engineering leader with over 20 years of experience advancing manufacturing systems in medical devices, aerospace, and consumer electronics and the current VP of Production Solutions of STIWA Automation. With a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, he has led teams in automation, robotics, and supplier development, delivering high-reliability production systems and large-scale factory solutions.
Please note
Unfortunately, space is limited at these community events and some times we can not always accept everyone we would like to. We appreciate your support and are looking forward to seeing you at a future even!
