Benvenuti: READ FIRST!
Party People!
As it turns out, you've all turned into magnificently organized adults who like to plan things in advance, including, but not limited to, your international travel. We're trying to do our part here (late, as usual - maybe we're just Italians at heart?) and are finally sharing the full itinerary and other weekend logistics.
You can do your part by:
1) RSVP'ing for individual activities - there are separate event pages for each activity on this calendar page - please do RSVP for each of them! If you are bringing your kiddos, can you let us know once - using the text box below here - which events they will attend?
2) Sharing any restrictions or limitations of which we should be aware (dietary, mobility, common sense). You can do this once, below, and we'll carry your preferences through all weekend.
3) Let us know if you need any advice or support planning your trip and we'll do our level best to help. If you are still looking for accommodations, here's the list we originally shared, though take this as a light suggestion rather than gospel: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/1/d/1_4KgK9FhwUoewsjNJCgpObFo_5yq0IUEHPHacALRtuM/edit?gid=0#gid=0
4) Consider renting a car in Lake Garda. While there are taxis and some public transit options available, your life will be significantly easier if you have a car to get around those few days. If you don't drive, let us know and we can try to connect you to someone else to carpool that weekend.
Lastly, as some of you know, I love a good costume party and while the dress codes listed here are merely recommendations, I have on good authority that your social status will increase by at least 3 levels if you participate accordingly.
In eager anticipation -
Lauren & Roman
