About Event

Do you feel numb and spacey when triggering events occur?

Are you ready to connect and move anger to find power, relief, and grounding?

Anger is often suppressed in women due to cultural influences of past and present. The skill of navigating through anger often wasn't taught to us, and instead, we stifle this protective energy in hopes of feeling safe. We are taught to be "good girls" and to disconnect from anger, which also holds the key to our inner power.

However, anger that isn't expressed externally turns inwards, and understanding how to manage this misunderstood emotion is crucial for maintaining our emotional, physical, and mental well-being. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, anger is related to the liver, and learning to move this emotion can lead to the overall balance of body and mind.

Who we are

Amy Chu is a trauma-informed anger release coach and sound healer. She has been doing anger release coaching for over a year, under Blaze to Blossom, and she found her own healing through somatic therapy and vocalization. Born in China and raised in the West, she overcame acute chronic pain by understanding the intricate relationship between her heritage and emotional repression, and moving this emotion.

Alexandra Jordan is a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code Certified Practitioner and breathwork facilitator. Using Emotion Code, she helps clients release emotional baggage and energetic imbalances that often manifest as symptoms in the body, as well as psychic manipulations by others. She also has a background in holistic nutrition and somatic trauma-informed training and incorporate multiple modalities in her healing practice.
