About Event

Dear Community,

We’re excited to announce our next 2hearts meetup, hosted in partnership with Capgemini, a global technology and business transformation provider.

📍 When & Where:
October 9th — Capgemini Hamburg Office

Join us for a vibrant fireside chat, followed by our signature networking session with food, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Our interactive discussion will explore:

  • Growing up or moving to Germany as a first- or second-generation immigrant

  • Building networks and careers in the tech industry

  • Lessons learned from diverse career paths — and how to follow in similar footsteps

  • Leveraging diversity and diaspora as strengths, and overcoming related challenges

  • Capgemini’s approach to DEI and the role of allyship

  • Open Q&A with the audience

We look forward to seeing you there for an evening of insight, inspiration, and connection.

IMPORTANT: Seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Once event capacity has been reached, participants will be put on a waiting list and be offered a seat if someone cancels.

Our speakers for this edition:

Elaha Khaleqi is a Consultant at Capgemini Invent, where she works in the Digital Trust & Security team. With a background in software system development she brings several years of experience in IT security and data protection.

Elaha was born in Afghanistan and grew up in a small village in Eastern Germany and moved with her family to Hamburg in her teenage years. Somewhere between those two worlds, she shaped an identity that exists somewhere in between – never fully belonging to one place, yet enriched in both worlds. ❤️❤️

Kerstin Papenberg is Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Germany (DEIB) at Capgemini and is responsible to foster these topics across the organization.

Born in the former GDR and having spent most of her childhood and youth in reunified Germany, she carries two cultural hearts within her. Her roots shape her perspective and fuel her passion for creating spaces where diverse cultural experiences and backgrounds are valued and empowered ❤️❤️

Tugba Dalmaz is a Software Engineer at Capgemini, where she helps clients transform their requirements into software solutions. Beyond her technical role, Tugba is deeply committed to social engagement, taking on various responsibilities such as Office Mentor, University Ambassador and First Aider. She studied Business Informatics at the Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg. Born and raised in Lower Saxony in Germany with Turkish roots. ❤️❤️

Schuheib Nasimzada is a consultant at Capgemini with a strong focus on the Manufacturing & High-Tech industry. He also plays a key role in the Gen AI Community, having led early Gen AI projects. Prior to that, he studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Hamburg.

Throughout all of this, Schuheib, born and raised in Germany to Afghan immigrants and grown up in a predominantly German environment, navigates life with the dual beat of two hearts in his chest. ❤️❤️
