About Event

This AI Salon event, hosted by the SuperHuman Society, invites you to engage in an intimate conversation among participants as we explore the intersection of AI and Psychedelics.

Our discussion will center on the following essay from our online publication:

Facing the AI Wave: Psychedelics as Social Technology by Banu Kellner

All attendees are required to read the essay before the event as it will be the starting point of our conversation.

This is an in-person event. To facilitate smooth and cohesive conversations, we kindly ask attendees to arrive within the first 15 minutes of the event. The door will be closed at 6:45pm.

Special thanks to Homebrew Club, a modern space for founders & tinkerers at frontier tech, for hosting this event at their venue.

***This essay is one of the highlights from the first cohort of SuperHumanist Writers-Collective. If you have ideas you want to write about and need a community+structure, join our next cohort.

Superhuman Society is a community reimagining our relationship with technology in an era of rapid advancements. We champion the intentional design of systems that elevate human potential and dignity, bringing together thinkers, founders, artists, and technologists committed to shaping humane futures.

The Ai Salon is a global community founded in San Francisco focused on intimate, small-sized group discussions on the sociological, economic, cultural, and philosophical impacts and meaning of AI developments. We host small group discussions, all of which you can find on our calendar. You can find summaries of our previous conversations on our substack.
