About Event

Please join us for the Nature X Carbon monthly meetup hosted by Earthshot Labs. The gathering is for people interested in or working at the intersection of nature and climate.

Our intention is to host a space where we can meet each other, decompress, have important conversations, enjoy each other's company, and align our efforts for the collective good.

This event is a potluck. Please bring food to share with our community. Vegan preferred.

The Program:

7:00 pm Breakout Conversations: Anyone attending is welcome to propose a conversation.

Hosting Guidelines: Be a host, not a presenter. Ensure everyone attending your breakout is meaningfully engaging.

Justice and Carbon Markets: What would a carbon market that delivers a just transition look, feel and function like? We'll discuss and explore this topic.

Corporate Offsets: Are you interested in purchasing an offset, developing a nature based carbon credit? We'll discuss and explore this topic.

Job Seekers and Employers Speed Dating: Are you looking for a job in the climate/tech space? Earthshot has openings and will invite any other employer and job seeker to meet in our hiring speed networking session.

Tech & Climate: This is for people at various stages of their climate tech journey, meet other people working to leverage tech for good.

Ecological Science: The wise application of science and further research is at the heart of sustainability. For those with scientific mind this will be a great place to meet with fellow practitioners.
