Your hosts:
🧔🏻♂️Răzvan Vlad is a curious and passionate L&D professional with a 15+ years experience in the field. He is an explorer with a wish to experience as many things as possible, first hand, and learn from each of them.
He also believes learning experiences can be fun and includes gaming elements or board games in his programs, so the participants can have a playful approach to getting new information.
In his free time, he gets involved in volunteering, education, sports, nature and connecting with other people.
👩🏻🦰Claudia Toderean-Dascălu is an ICF-certified coach and L&D professional with 10+ years of experience in all things L&D, from training, workshop facilitation, event moderation, and project management to instructional design. While working for a Dutch company as a Learning & Development Specialist, she runs her own consultancy, offering executive coaching programs, coaching training, and language courses. In her free time, she volunteers for the Romanian Secular Humanist Association. Claudia loves nothing more than a room full of passionate participants in creative flow and is 100% here for it!

👀What for?
The World Cafe format is one where we have more tables with one topic and one host per table. Participants freely move between tables and share their ideas, while the host collects them and moderates the talks.
In this edition, we want to bring forward your ideas for future initiatives - aka activities, projects, events that you would like to see happening in our local hub.
👀What do I need to do as a volunteer?
Propose one topic for a future initiative. No need to define it too clearly - we will do that live.
We will submit all topics to a vote. The most popular topics will have their own table at the World Cafe.
If your topic is voted, you will be the table host. As a host, you will moderate the conversation on the topic, collect the ideas and help propose next steps.
👀What is the ultimate goal of the World Cafe?
Through this, we want to generate great ideas together to enrich the Cluj Hub's activity and inspire L&D people to get involved.
