The workshop will have two parts.
A ~45 minute lecture taught, by Taylor Walker, Forum's Head of People.

a 45 minute fireside chat and Q&A with moderated by Oriana Fuentes, who built and managed large, international team as COO of Emptor. She'll be joined onstage by Alexander Singh who cofounded Alfie Health and took it through YC and eventual exit and Lesya Arnold, an accomplished founder and now startup recruiter.
