First Hires Beyond the Founders

​One of the most difficult parts of startup strategy is first hires beyond the founding team after a fundraise.

​Join MarkOne Health and Forum Ventures for a workshop and fireside chat about (1) when and who to hire beyond the founding team, (2) pitfalls to avoid (3) how to motivate, plan for, and measure your new hires, and (4) everything else you need to know to make your new team additions a success.

​The workshop will have two parts.

1. ​A ~45 minute lecture taught, by Taylor Walker, Forum's Head of People.

2. ​10-15 minutes for snacks and networking.

3. ​a 45 minute fireside chat and Q&A with Taylor and 3 CEOs from the NYC community (Yair Sapperstein of AvoMD).
