Max La Manna's Coffee Shop Takeover at Fabrica X

​Join low-waste chef and author Max La Manna for a one-day coffee shop takeover at Fabrica X, a sustainable coffee shop, concept store and innovation gallery at York Way, King's Cross.

​On Saturday, the 3rd of May from 10am until 3:30pm, Max will be taking over the coffee shop with a special menu featuring his signature recipes alongside new creations which will be bespoke to Fabrica X and made with innovative, sustainable ingredients - including those from the current Taste of Tomorrow exhibition and others which will be available to buy in the concept store.

​All food and drink will be available for purchase as well as Max's latest book "You Can Cook This!" which will be stocked within the concept store.
