----------------------------------------------------------

In this online workshop, we'll reframe insecurity around non-monogamy not as a personal flaw or evidence of relational failure, but as a protective signal from the nervous system—one that can be met with curiosity, care, and self-trust. You'll leave with somatic and cognitive tools to build your resilience and capacity to better hold yourself during emotionally charged moments in non-monogamous relationships.

---------------------------------------------------------

You don’t have to exile your insecure parts to be worthy of love.

You just have to stop interpreting them as proof that something’s wrong.

If you’ve ever thought:

  1. “I shouldn’t feel jealous if I were really poly.”

  2. “This anxiety must mean my relationship is unsafe.”

  3. “Maybe I’m just not cut out for non-monogamy…”

This workshop offers a space to shift the story.

🧠 What You’ll Learn:

  1. Why insecurity is not a sign of failure—but a protective signal

  2. How to gently interrupt the spiral of self-doubt and jealousy

  3. Tools to identify the difference between thoughts and feelings

  4. How to reframe the stories that make your emotions harder

  5. Simple somatic and parts-based practices to help you self-soothe

  6. Language to name your needs without shame

🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Walk Away With:

  1. A clear understanding of the Thought–Feeling–Meaning Spiral

  2. A grounding parts-work meditation to return to when things feel overwhelming

  3. A self-compassionate method for rewording your needs

  4. A guided visualization practice to build inner resilience

  5. A new story: that feeling insecure doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong

👥 Who It’s For:

This space is designed for anyone who’s:

  1. Exploring polyamory, open relationships, or non-monogamy

  2. Feeling jealous, anxious, insecure, or overwhelmed by NRE

  3. Curious about how to regulate emotions without bypassing them

  4. Wanting to build more self-trust, somatic awareness, and relational clarity

  5. Tired of performing “secure” and ready to just be real

Whether you’re solo poly, newly open, long-practicing, or poly-curious—this space welcomes you.
