About Coach Cheryl McDonald
Born and raised in the great state of Michigan, Cheryl has moved 23 times, including relocating to East Central Indiana and finally settling in Chicago in 1995. After spending over a decade working in museums, including Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry, Cheryl transitioned into real estate.
Since 2003, Cheryl has trained and coached thousands of agents. With a Master's Degree in Human Performance and Training and her prior experience, Cheryl understands the link between learning and performance to achieve results.

Cheryl began her career in real estate with Baird & Warner as a corporate sale trainer. Cheryl went on to successfully participate in several condo conversions with American Invsco, and was promoted to the National Director of Sales & Training, where she established AI Academy™, a pre-licensing school and career development center. Cheryl transitioned into broker management with Dream Town Realty. During her five years with the company, Cheryl brokered over 5,000 real estate transactions with over $500 Million in sales volume.
After a successful ten years in the business, Cheryl joined Keller Williams as a Productivity Coach. She recently transitioned into her current role as Director of Training where she assists agents in creating their online presence and building a database of business. In addition, she teaches pre-licensing and continuing education classes.
When not helping people realize their success, Cheryl spends time with her large Irish family and best furry friend/rescue dog Izzy. You might also find Cheryl riding her motorcycle or suiting up to go scuba diving. Cheryl credits the steadfastness and love of her husband, family, and friends for her success. There was also those Sunday afternoons tagging along with her Mom and Dad!
