About Event

Take part in a group discussion facilitated by Jess Ringgenberg, a certified coach supporting working moms. Her focus is matrescence and the identify changes a woman faces at every age & stage of motherhood!

matrescence (n) — the process of becoming a mother; the physical, psychological and emotional changes you go through after the birth of your child.

Jess creates a safe space for us working moms to be vulnerable, learn, and grow together; and she provides tools and mindset shifts to allow us show up more authentically at work and at home.
