Session 1, April 8: Customer Discovery
Test your assumptions, gather insights from potential customers, and find product market fit. This presentation will give you practical next steps to start and refine your customer discovery process.
Session 2, April 15: Cold Outreach
Successful cold outreach is key during the customer discovery process. We'll zoom in on how to craft an effective message on LinkedIn or email - and how to drive your meetings.
Session 3, April 21: Live Sales Deck Reviews
Sales decks can make or break a deal. ERA Operating Partner Harman will provide live feedback - master class style - on your current sales decks. You can apply to receive live feedback during the session using this Google Form.
Session 4, April 29: Fundraising Workshop
ERA's Director of Investments, Jeremy Harper, will shares insights on successful fundraising strategies in the past, drawing from the successes from our portfolio of 360+ companies.
