Introduction to Authentic Relating

​We live in an age of paradoxes. Thanks to technology, we're all connected more than ever, but most of us feel unsatisfied with the depth of our connections with the people around us.

​In this workshop, you will get an overview of Authentic Relating, a relational practice that brings people into deeper connection with themselves and others.

​During this workshop, you can expect to play a few games (either in pairs or in small groups). Through this practice, you will learn tools to help you understand and communicate your needs, wants, and emotions.

​5:50 - 6:00 pm: doors open
