About the session:
Art is a form of expression. What words can speak, art explains. You don't need to be an artist or possess the skill of one to use art as a medium to better understand and manage/cope with emotions. In this webinar, we will be using art as a de-stressing tool to:
Explore and express emotions through art
Reduce stress and increase self-esteem
Improve your sense of well-being
What you're gonna need is:
A blank sheet or more to draw/colour on.
Colours of your choice (pastels, watercolours, crayons, sketch pens - you choose).
All the enthusiasm you can bring along!
