About Event

About the session:
Art is a form of expression. What words can speak, art explains. You don't need to be an artist or possess the skill of one to use art as a medium to better understand and manage/cope with emotions. In this webinar, we will be using art as a de-stressing tool to:

  • Explore and express emotions through art

  • Reduce stress and increase self-esteem

  • Improve your sense of well-being

What you're gonna need is:

  1. A blank sheet or more to draw/colour on.

  2. Colours of your choice (pastels, watercolours, crayons, sketch pens - you choose).

  3. All the enthusiasm you can bring along!
