About Event

Meet the wilder side of Portugal! 🦅

Learn about one of Europe’s largest and most ambitious rewilding projects at Impact People's upcoming private screening of Rewilding Portugal's ‘Wilder Côa’ documentary, followed by a Q&A with Producer Fernando Teixeira.

The film follows the exciting journey of the Côa River, which flows from south to north through breathtaking landscapes. Meet the wildlife that surrounds it and is returning to it, and learn how Rewilding Portugal has been nurturing this great wildlife corridor over the last five years. A landscape where natural processes are restored, the cycle of life is once again complete and functional, and where people and wildlife coexist in a positive and lasting way.

This film premiered in November 2024 and is not yet available for free online.

Film running time: 55mins.

Tickets are free to book, and we recommend a small donation to Rewilding Portugal which can be made on the night.

Bring something to sit on - a cushion, pillow or small foldout chair. Let us know if you need help with this as we'll be providing some seating.

We'll serve light snacks and drinks but feel free to bring your own.
