An introduction to Zero Drama Leadership
Drama is the panicked email, the disgruntled phone call or the thought that keeps you up at night.
It shows up in big and obvious ways, and it plays out in our lives at a level that we don't even realise, steering us in directions we never chose to go in.
As a leader, facilitator or coach, it's the difference between being able to calmly stick with what matters, or being dragged into the sideshow.
This March we kick off the first cohort of the Zero Drama Leadership programme - a three month course that teaches people how to skilfully navigate all the difficulty that gets in the way of getting things done.
In this free, one-hour talk, we'll be going through what the programme covers and looking at some of the models involved (with plenty of space for discussion).
