This rooftop session blends vinyasa yoga, therapist-led conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation. It’s a complete mind-body reset designed to leave you feeling grounded, energized, and supported.

Vinyasa Yoga
Led by Our Studio Wellness founder, Justine Chun, this mindful flow reconnects you with your body and breath—easing tension and awakening presence through intuitive movement.
Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by Jennie Kleinman, MHC-LP, of Be You Psychotherapy, this month’s theme explores Creating Joy & Reclaiming Play.
As adults, we often deprioritize joy in favor of productivity—but pleasure, play, and creativity are essential for mental health. In this 30-minute session, we’ll:
Examine the mental blocks that keep us from joy
Reflect on what play means to us now
Use guided journaling to reimagine summer as a season of self-expression
Walk away with 3 micro-practices to invite more lightness into your day
Meditation & Reset
Close with a calming meditation to anchor everything you’ve uncovered and ease into the rest of your weekend.
