In 2022 and 2023, Black entrepreneurs received less than 2% of all VC dollars, while companies led by Black women received less than 1%.
This disparity not only hinders innovation, but also limits economic opportunities, wealth generation, and upward mobility.
At Forum VC, we recognize the lack of resources capital deployed to BIPOC founders. In an effort to bridge this gap and provide capital plus a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to thrive in spaces where they are typically underrepresented, we are holding a VIRTUAL Pitch competition dedicated to BIPOC founders.
5 finalists will be chosen to pitch in front of a panel of esteemed judges, where ONE lucky winner will walk away with a $100K investment and acceptance into our Accelerator program!

Up to 5 finalists will be chosen and have a chance to present live in front of a panel of judges for the chance to win.
The ultimate winner will walk away with a $100K investment 💰 from Forum Ventures (pending due diligence and in exchange for 7.5% equity) plus hands-on support to skyrocket their venture to new heights.
Not only that, but even if your deck isn't chosen, you get the opportunity to hear from esteemed judges invaluable feedback and advice on perfecting a pitch. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to network with investors and other Forum founders who share your passion for innovation.
