About Event

Train your mind like a muscle. Go through your day with intention, focus, and calm.

Join Capres from Omnia Wellness for a lunchtime guided meditation taking place online. This session aims to focus your mind and be the first steps in training your brain.

Many wish to start meditation but don't know how or where to begin. Join a supported welcoming environment where you can build a regular habit. We use a focus point to assist our practice and in the process, learn the benefits of meditation.

Meditation is a highly beneficial practice, that not only improves focus and reduces stress, but also strengthens your mind, just like going to the gym strengthens your body.
The more consistently you meditate, the easier it becomes to return to a calmness, even in stressful situations.

This 20 minute session is FREE and open to all levels and abilities.

​Capres is a certified 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She has practiced yoga for over a decade, and completed her teacher training in Bali. Follow her on instagram @brownyogababe!
