Art Club

At Art Club, our mission is to create joyful, inspiring experiences for everyone. We understand that life happens, which is why we’ve crafted a policy that’s fair, transparent, and community-minded—helping us continue to build meaningful workshops while respecting the time and energy of our artists and guests.

Any credit card or administrative fees associated with bookings are non-refundable.

You may request to transfer your booking to another workshop of equal or lesser value, if requested at least 7 days before the original workshop date and subject to availability.

We cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes unless agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.

Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations

In the case of event cancellations due to weather or emergencies, Art Club will offer rescheduling options or full refunds.

If Art Club must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to the next rescheduled date.

Because we intentionally keep our workshops small, every RSVP matters. Supplies, space, and staffing are all based on attendance.

No-shows without notice affect the entire group experience.

Hey friends! Let’s wander the Pioneer Square Art Walk (FREE)

 about their First-Thursday Art Walk Guided Tour, and I thought it’d be awesome to turn it into an Art Club outing and get to know each other! Come sip, stroll, and soak up Seattle’s oldest arts district—just good vibes and great company.

5:00–6:00 PM @ 311 ½ Occidental Ave S (Davidson Gallery)

They’ll be pouring wine & serving light bites—just roll up when you can!

Lily will lead us through 6–7 hidden gems in Pioneer Square:

Sketchbook or camera encouraged, but totally optional.

 so we know how many folks to expect—and we’ll set up a group chat to share meet-up updates if anyone runs late or needs directions to the next stop.
