WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:
"The creative exercises you did with us were fun and felt good! I can easily do these myself for an inspiring nudge on my own (or to share with my colleagues). Normally zoom sessions like this are awkward and a bit overwhelming for me, but your session felt welcoming, relaxed and friendly. The time went by so fast and I loved every minute. Can't wait for the next one!" – Sonya
"Thank YOU for a great workshop! And again, for the food for thought you send every day! It’s all very special, life-and creativity-affirming, and thought-provoking! I’m writing this right now, because I just finished the free-association word page exercise (that we did yesterday). I enjoyed it - and noticed some interesting things. And then! 13 and a half poems came streaming out of me!!! I have been wanting to write a poem for ages, but couldn’t start! (I may look back at them and find they’re rubbish... but there’s no denying that it’s a start!). The process ended as abruptly as it started! In the middle of the last (hence 13 and a half...) poem. Quite exciting! Thanks Lindsay!!" – Jenny
"What a fantastic event! Lindsay is such a talented facilitator. I arrived quite low energy (it had been one of these lockdown weeks)- and left feeling as if I'd just had a week's holiday in the Caribbeans. Yep. This is how good this workshop was! Really great energy, brilliant creative prompts, and wonderful people- could not recommend it highly enough!" – Flora, London
"Thank you for gathering us yesterday for the Creative Play Session. It was an hour of escape for me. I enjoyed learning new ways to enter into a creative mindset as well as the exercises to calm my body and release the tension. I enjoyed the interaction from other participants and I will look forward to the next one. I found myself jotting words down this morning as I wrote my morning pages." – Rendell
