About Event
We begin with a bowl of matcha, a quiet moment to land, breathe, and awaken the senses.
Then we’ll fold paper cranes • orizuru • learning the simple, beautiful art of origami. With guided support, each person will create their own paper cranes and we’ll turn them into a delicate hanging mobiles, something beautifully handmade to carry home with you.
The crane, in Japanese tradition, symbolizes healing, hope, and luck. When folded with presence, each becomes a quiet offering • much like the act of whisking matcha.
