​We have Zahir and Andy from OLIVER sharing how they developed an internal application to revolutionise and optimise their briefing process when engaging with their customers. Zahir is the Head of Architecture at OLIVER, with a growing emphasis on the use of AI to enhance automation and user engagement. Andy wears many hats from business analyst to product owner.
