Challenging Imposter Syndrome Workshop
Imposter syndrome. What does it mean? And how do they (the imposter) even show up? Together, we will get the true definition of imposter syndrome so you can understand it. explore the different reasons that cause it so you can identify and overcome it more easily.

Identify the true impact and patterns of imposter syndrome
Co-create a toolkit for challenging it before, during and after it arises

Folks frozen by imposter syndrome and ready to get moving again

Folks ready to banish the self-sabotaging side of the experience
Those ready to rewrite their relationship with imposter and accept it as part of their journey
All guests can arrive from 9am with the workshop 9.30-11am and free co-working in the space until 5pm. Fabrik is fully equipped with showers, desks, meeting rooms and phone booths.

Each Gathering takes an embodied approach to personal development topic starting with a 90 min workshop exploring tools that can then be applied throughout the day. By completing the full loop of 'learn, apply, reflect' to each topic - you'll create long-lasting career change with just one-day.
