How do you build an MVP for a digital product?
At Lifely we've built MVP's, teams and processes for a wide range of clients with a wide range of product owners. The methods and technology are all based on the same industry standards everyone uses. But matching that initial challenge with an appropriate plan of approach and team is an intricate dance of analysis, expectation management and continuous adjustment. We'd love to share some of our insights and best practices through a case study and have a discussion on the ways to assess product owner maturity from an agency perspective.
