In this session, we will be covering as much as we can from the following topics (see "Meeting 1” in Coaching: preparation for meetings):

• ​On Time (3 min)

• ​Top Goal (CEO) (2 min)

• ​Fear and Anger give bad advice (5 min)

​There is no need to prepare ahead of time.  We will take time during the meeting to co-read each doc, then have a short Q&A and each person will write down an action for themselves.
