​8:15 AM – 20-minute city run, 3.5km all paces welcome, nobody left behind! 🏃‍♀️

​8:35 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10 min community workout 💪

​9:00 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at CIC 🎶🍳

​9:30 AM – Free showers 🚿
