この時代において、“学び続ける力”は、年齢や肩書に関係なく、誰にとっても大切な力です。
サンフランシスコ・ベイエリアと日本社会に関わる女性を中心としたコミュニティ、JWIBA（Japanese Women’s Initiative in the Bay Area）による第3回サミット「JWIBA Summer Summit 2025」。
運営メンバーによる、「イノベーションによって起こっている変化を知り、これからの学びを考えるきっかけを創りたい」という思いから、今年のテーマを「未来をひらく“学び続ける力”」にしました。
生成AI、働き方の多様化、人生100年時代といった急激な変化の中で、私たちはどのように学び、進化し続けられるのか ─。
教育、キャリア、自己成長の観点から、“変化の時代を生きるヒント”を多角的に探ります。
国籍や性別、就業有無等を問わず、本サミットのテーマに関心を持ってくださるすべての方々のご参加を歓迎します。
In today’s rapidly changing world, the ability to stay updated — regardless of age, background, or job title — has become essential for everyone.
The JWIBA Summer Summit 2025, now in its third year, is hosted by JWIBA (Japanese Women’s Initiative in the Bay Area), a community primarily supporting women connected to both the San Francisco Bay Area and Japanese society.
This year’s theme, “Learn for Life, Update Yourself,” reflects the organizers’ strong desire to create a space to understand the transformation brought about by innovation and to reimagine what learning means for the future.
With the rise of generative AI, diversified work styles, and the advent of the 100-year life, how can we continue to learn, adapt, and grow?
Through the lenses of education, career, and personal development, this summit will explore insights and practical ideas for navigating change in uncertain times.
We welcome the participation of all individuals who are interested in the theme of this summit, regardless of nationality, gender, employment status, or background.

イベントについて｜About this event
参加対象は女性または日本人に限りません。国籍や性別、就業有無等を問わず、本サミットのテーマに関心を持ってくださるすべての方々のご参加をお待ちしております。
セッションは、午前中は日本語、午後は英語で行われます。
同時通訳サービスの提供はございませんが、ポケトークによる翻訳支援を用いて画面表示する予定です。
お子様連れでの参加歓迎です。
イベント後、写真をメディアやソーシャルメディアなどで掲載させていただく可能性がございます。
オンライン同時配信はありません。後日、メンバー限定で動画公開を行う予定です。
This event is open to all. Attendance is not limited to women or Japanese nationals. We welcome the participation of all individuals who are interested in the theme of this summit, regardless of nationality, gender, employment status, or background.
The morning sessions will be in Japanese, and the afternoon sessions will be in English.
Please note that simultaneous interpretation will not be provided at the summit. However, on-screen translation support using POCKETALK will be available.
Attendees with children are also welcome.
Photographs taken during the event may be published in media or on official social channels.
Live streaming will not be available for this event. A recorded version will be provided exclusively to members at a later date.

本イベントでは、お子様連れでのご参加も歓迎しております。
今年は日中の開催となるため、過去にご提供していたお子様向けの託児サービスは実施いたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。
代わりに、お子様と一緒に過ごしながらセッションをご視聴いただける別室をご用意しております。セッションはリアルタイムで配信されますので、動き回るお子様やお子様のお声が気になる場合は、ぜひそちらをご利用ください。
なお、お子様の安全の確保およびすべてのお世話は、保護者の方の責任でお願いいたします。シッター等のサポートスタッフはおりません。万が一、事故やトラブル等が発生した場合でも、JWIBAは一切の責任を負いかねますので、何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
We warmly welcome participants attending with children.
As the event will take place during the day this year, please note that we will not be offering the childcare service that was available in previous years.
Instead, we will provide a separate room near the main venue where you can stay with your children while watching a live stream of the sessions. If your children are likely to move around or make noise, we kindly ask you to use that space.
Please note that parents/guardians are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and full care of their children. No sitters or support staff will be available. JWIBA will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

学生チケットをご購入の場合は、参加登録・チケット購入時に大学名と大学のメールアドレスをご記入ください。
早割チケット（8/8まで）：一般の方 $30、学生の方 $15
通常チケット（8/31まで）：一般の方 $50、学生の方 $25
9/1～当日チケット：一般の方 $100、学生の方 $50
If you are purchasing a student ticket, please provide your university name and university email address at the time of registration and ticket purchase.
Early Bird Ticket (until August 8): $30 for general admission, $15 for students
Regular Ticket (until August 31): $50 for general admission, $25 for students
Last-Minute/On-the-Day Ticket (September 1 and after): $100 for general admission, $50 for students
