Longevity Global Journal Club
This is part of our series of Longevity Global Journal Club meetings, where we explore interesting research in the field of lifespan and healthspan extension. The goal is to learn from one another through thoughtful discussions of research. All are welcome, regardless of background, and you don’t need formal expertise to join and engage with the material.
At each meeting, we will dive deep into one scientific paper. This time, we'll be discussing: Bioaccumulation of microplastics in decedent human brains. While not mandatory for participation, reading the paper in advance is highly encouraged.
For additional context, check out Dr. Christin Glorioso's Substack post on the paper here.
Longevity Global is a non-profit connecting longevity researchers, investors, and entrepreneurs to create community and collaboration. We host events in NYC, MIA, BOS, SF, UAE, SD, and virtually, including research talks, networking events, hikes, and our annual finale event, the Longevity Summit at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. We also connect virtually on Slack. You can apply to join us here.
