We'll meet at an easy-to-find location, get acquainted with our coaches for the day and then head to the park for a series of curated partner walks based on the topics that are top of mind for our event attendees.
After the walk, we'll convene at nearby coffee shop for light refreshments, extended conversation time amongst the entire group and parting words of wisdom from our coaches.

About our Coaches:
Lee Ann Chan is a career coach and recruiting leader with a background working at notable companies such as TD Bank, Agilent Technologies, PwC, Sun Life Financial, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and the CIA. Born and raised in NYC, Lee Ann holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington and has over a decade of experience in recruiting. She has led successful talent acquisition strategies across multiple industries and now specializes in coaching professionals through career transitions, including job search strategies, offer negotiations, and securing promotions. Lee Ann is excited to connect with attendees at TechWalk and share insights to help them advance in their careers!
Tealeda Nesbitt Porter brings nearly 2 decades of experience creating customer-centric products to her UX leadership, product development, and career coaching practice. As a UX career coach, she helps individuals determine what’s important, gain visibility, and improve their best product— themselves! Her past projects run the gambit from anti-money laundering software to e-commerce ads to Girl Scout badges and reality TV. Tealeda is excited to share career enhancement tips with TechWalk attendees.
Nandhini Sundaram is a career and personal development coach dedicated to helping people thrive in and out of work. As a former Ad Executive in New York, Nandhini has nearly 20 years of experience building strategies, managing teams, and coaching colleagues to achieve their goals. Today, she supports those who are struggling with burnout or feeling unhappy in their current role to create a career and life that better supports their needs so they feel energized, fulfilled, and balanced.
Phil Putnam is a workshop leader, keynote speaker, coach, and a leading voice in people leadership, professional motivation, and business strategy. His expertise in guiding people’s relationships with employment has expanded the lives and careers of countless individuals and led change at organizations including Apple, Adobe, Bloomberg and Salesforce.
