Alo x 1 Hotel West Hollywood: Sundown Crystal Alchemy Soundbath

​Join us for this Alo x 1 Hotel event with sound and breath work facilitator Allison Bagg for a relaxing soundbath. Allison will guide us through some short, rejuvenating breath patterns and a grounding meditation before introducing the sounds of crystal alchemy singing bowls, gong, planetary chimes and harp. The experience will allow us to drop into rest and digest and deeply relax the nervous system, cultivating a felt sense of deep connection and transformation.
