​Third Place Bar & Shanti House invite to you a different kind of Friday night out. Join us at the new Fabrik location in Dumbo for a relaxing and slow first timers yoga class (aimed at anyone who isn’t familiar with yoga), a tea bar, non-alcoholic drinks, live DJ, and playful activities to wind down and de-stress from the week... without the hangover.

​What to expect:

• ​6.30pm-7pm: Arrivals & mingling (please make sure to arrive on time before the yoga session!)

• ​7pm-7.45pm: Unwind yin yoga led by Louisa, founder of Shanti House

• ​7.45pm-9:00pm: Social hour with NA drinks

​​Q: Do I need to be there at the exact start time?
Yes, please aim to arrive at 6.30pm as we will get started with the yoga class at 7pm and latecomers may not be admitted!

​​​Q: Can I come alone?
Yes, this is a social mixer, you’re welcome to come alone and meet new people!

​​​Q: Is this an alcohol-free venue?
Yes, Fabrik is a community space that does not serve alcohol.

​​​Q: Is there an age restriction?
Yes, all our events are 21+

​Q: I've never done yoga, can I still come?
Yes!! This yoga class is specifically aimed at folks who haven’t done yoga and aren’t familiar with the poses. We’ll keep the poses simple and walk you through them!

​Q: Do I need to bring a mat? Can I change somewhere?
Yoga mat rental is included in the ticket price, but you're welcome to bring your own! There are limited changing rooms available.

​Q: I need to cancel, can I get a refund for my ticket?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, but you're welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else.
