​​​​Martina and Ksenia are both pursuing successful careers in the space sector and have led projects with international clients across various industries to drive meaningful change.

​​​We started this community to share our knowledge and support fellow change-makers who are looking to do more in their lives and for this world.

​​​​Martina has spent the past decade building businesses across the space, finance, and energy sectors, ranging from concept to IPO stage, as a key member of the team or trusted advisor. She is also a TEDx speaker and an athlete.

​​​​Ksenia is a mentor and entrepreneur who has helped over 200 space & tech professionals build their brands. She has spent 10+ years in communication and marketing in the oil & gas, space, and tech sectors.
