Showcasing key innovative methods and success in the integration of high-resolution (multi-omic) data.
Taking real-world examples from systems biology and population health sciences we will illustrate which and how statistical, AI/MLapproaches can be used for interpretable and useful data integration.
We will highlight commonalities, specificities and complementarities of the approaches to clarify the need for improved interoperability across these fields for accelerated impact.
