For our 10th Mumbai Climate Party, we’re stepping into Mumbai’s thriving mangroves at Godrej - spread across several thousands of acres - to better understand their role in climate resilience, and exploring what makes them a powerhouse of climate action.
Experience firsthand how these vital ecosystems protect our city and support biodiversity. No lectures, no activism—just a deep dive (not literally!) into nature’s carbon-sink.
This session will be led by Dr. Ninad Raut who is a wetlands & biodiversity expert with Godrej & Boyce.
Let’s step into Mumbai’s green lungs and discover how mangroves lock away carbon while standing strong against climate chaos!
