About Event

How does UX (user experience) Design influence our daily lives? Can good UX design improve our mood? Can bad design ruin our day? How can a designer's personal biases impact the user experience, and what checks and balances should be in place to account for the influence of a designer's lived experience? In this panel discussion, we'll dig into the UX designer's mindset, and the ripple effects that designer biases can have on the general public's experience of a given platform. Join d.talks, Calgary UX, and J5 Design as co-hosts for this discussion and bring your curiosity! Refreshments will be served.
