About Event

Every path to motherhood is unique. Complex journeys require comprehensive solutions so that individuals feel supported throughout every phase of their reproductive and family health journey.

During this webinar, we will present a pioneering cross-sector collaboration that’s proving how addressing patients’ unmet social needs improves maternal health outcomes and reduces healthcare costs.

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System (SMHCS) has launched the First 1,000 Days Suncoast initiative, a community initiative of over 85 partners, to deliver person-centered care through collaboration. Together, we will unveil exclusive research findings from the evaluation of this program and its impact on key healthcare utilization outcomes.
