​About the Challenge
Green IT Challenge 2023 by Orange Silicon Valley is seeking to identify and engage with the most innovative North American startups in Green IT sectors and explore how they can help expedite our sustainability journey to meet Orange’s carbon neutrality targets

​This pitch session will feature startups who applied to the challenge and were preselected by our jury, based on the following criteria :

​Incorporated in North America, of all funding stages, with an established working product or prototype, working in one of the following sectors (or related to them)

​·        AI/ML and/or data analytics to measure and/or mitigate energy and environmental footprint 
·        Software and hardware solutions for carbon footprint metrics and/or mitigation
·        Green datacenters: energy and/or water usage reduction
·        Circular Economy software and hardware
·        Clean energy software and hardware
·        Other areas relevant to Green IT

​What the winners get
The Jury will select up to 5 finalists who will have an opportunity to conduct paid exploratory projects with one or more business units of Orange and join a business development expedition to Paris, France to meet Orange executives, as well as other industry leaders during Europe’s most prominent tech fair Vivatech.
