Step into the shoes of dynamic personas at a fictional company, where the stakes are high, and the challenge is real: uncover the common threads that can unite diverse mindsets and transform a disjointed organization. In this interactive, concept-driven workshop inspired by "murder mystery events,” participants will navigate their differences as employees with varying perspectives, motivations, and challenges, reflecting real-world scenarios in a culture-focused company.
Through guided activities, we'll demonstrate how design thinking can reveal shared values and perspectives. As the workshop progresses and unfolds, you'll collaborate with your group to uncover key commonalities, building a foundation for alignment that positively impacts and strengthens the business, people, and culture.
By the end of this session, you’ll understand how an innovative approach to design thinking acts as a catalyst for positive change, leading to total buy-in, unified visions, and transformative outcomes. Real-world examples will highlight how companies have successfully aligned diverse teams to drive meaningful progress, proving that when everyone contributes to the vision and goals, the possibilities for innovation and success are limitless.
Join us for a thought-provoking, engaging experience where design thinking comes together to solve the ultimate challenge: designing for good.
