Automation of Modeling and its Benefits

​· Brief overview of the modeling stages (data collection, processing, modeling, experiments, validation, deployment).

​· Which stage can be automated (why yes, why not).

​· How we achieved this at TBC and what benefits it brought us (streamlined processes, time savings, etc.)

​· A small example of our AutoML (model configs, interactive feature selection, logging, creating miniaturized pipelines for production).

​Archil is a Data Scientist at TBC Bank in the Risk Modeling group, focused on building and optimizing machine learning solutions. Main contributor to the development of TBC Bank’s in-house AutoML library, enabling scalable and efficient model training. Experience includes designing and implementing multiple credit scorecards to support risk assessment and decision-making processes.
