You’ll be guided through a series of activities to become grounded, uplifted and rejuvenated.
Breathwork is a powerful tool of emotional integration, from this calm and grounded state we’ll sit in contemplation with a very special plant, attuning to its messages, a practice known as Plant Spirit Medicine. A guided sauna and cold immersion session will follow, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and revived of energy.
