Saija is a well-being entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and digital nomad with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and community. She has been deeply involved in yoga, event production, and coliving spaces, including organizing the largest well-being festival in the Nordics.
With a background in Social and Cultural Anthropology, Saija brings a unique perspective on connection and shared experiences. Having lived and managed communities for over seven years, she understands how to create spaces that foster both growth and balance.
At Flow & Restore, Saija will guide sessions in yoga, meditation, and movement, helping you reset, refocus, and reconnect.
