About Yelda Nur Demirdöğen
Yelda Nur Demirdöğen is the Global Market Manager for Air Liquide's World Business Line Hydrogen Energy. She is a chemical biologist by training and an MBA holder. Yelda grew up as a 2nd generation immigrant in Germany, of Turkish background, and recently moved to Houston in 2024.
Yelda has worked in diverse industry settings, including university spin-offs where she conducted research for materials discovery companies, startups where she handled business development for biomaterials companies, blue-chip companies overseeing portfolio strategy for Siemens and startup investments/partnerships at Merck, and generalist VC firms.
