AIA Global Campus Hardhat Tour

​The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is reimagining its headquarters as the AIA Global Campus for Architecture & Design. The building will be a destination for AIA members and allied peers from around the world to collaborate and learn—and for the public to be inspired by the power of design.

Scheduled to be complete later in 2025, the ongoing campus renewal project follows the AIA Framework for Design Excellence, which seeks to inform progress toward a zero-carbon, equitable, resilient, and healthy built environment.

The hard hat tour will begin at the historic Octagon House, AIA's original headquarters, before moving on to the new Global Campus. The tour takes roughly an hour to complete.

Please note: Appropriate footwear is required (no open-toe shoes), other PPE will be provided. The tour is not ADA-accessible.
